Feasibility study for a high-rise residential and commercial building located in the heart of Stockport Town Centre.

In collaboration with a senior architect and technician, I developed the design and ensured the scheme was compliant with UK regulations. I also produced visuals to assess the impact on the urban and natural landscape, particularly given the property's proximity to Stockport Viaduct.
